Working with our client we discussed and developed a fresh approach to the cultivation of supporters - in terms of how copy was written, its look and feel, and the management and execution of the whole process in a timely fashion and on budget. We came up with original ideas for new ways to communicate with active and lapsed supporters, leading to income increasing by 50% on the previous year’s individual cultivation campaigns.
